Returns

We want you to love your Estée Lane jewellery, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. 

(When trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume/aftershave or cosmetics which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item must be returned in its original state. Estée Lane cannot accept returns of earrings, (unless faulty), due to hygiene reasons.)

We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return, by the same method you used to pay.

Items returned after the 28 day period cannot be accepted.

 

RETURNS PROCESS


To make a return, please email contact@esteelane.com with your original order number to and we will send you a quick and easy returns form and details for you to send back with your item.

You will need to ensuring that you have proof of return. You may wish to consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
